Pragya Gautam is currently a Research Project Associate 1 at CSIR−Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI), where Pragya works on the national project SHRI ANNA. Prior to this, Pragya completed a Research Internship at National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship and Management - Thanjavur (NIFTEM-T) and an Internship at Delhi Milk Scheme. Pragya holds a M.Sc. in Food Science and Technology from Pondicherry University and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from Sharda University.
