Joyce McCarthy

Joyce McCarthy is the current General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Central Garden & Pet. Joyce has also worked as Division General Counsel at Hill's Pet Nutrition, Assistant General Counsel, External Innovation at Colgate-Palmolive, and Chief Corporate Counsel -- Securities and Latin America, Europe and Hill's at Colgate-Palmolive Company. Joyce began their career as a law clerk at the United States District Court, S.D.N.Y. (Hon. Robert J. Ward) before becoming an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell.

Joyce McCarthy began their educational career at Binghamton University, where they earned a B.A. in Joyce'story. Joyce then attended Fordham University School of Law, where they earned a J.D. cum laude and was a member of the Fordham Law Review. After law school, they attended The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where they earned a degree in Global Leadership 2030.
