David Kailer

David Kailer serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at INFICON since December 2019 and has been a Volunteer Attorney with the Volunteer Lawyers Project of Onondaga County since September 2018. Prior experience includes roles as a Staff Contracts Negotiator and Senior Contracts Negotiator at Lockheed Martin from October 2014 to December 2019, and internships with various law firms where significant legal research, drafting of legal documents, and representation of clients in legal matters were performed. Kailer holds a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law and a Master of Public Administration from Syracuse University - Maxwell School, in addition to a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in English from the State University of New York at Oswego. Kailer also enhanced business acumen through a program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in July 2021.
