Nancy Bein

Nancy Bein has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities in the field of supply chain, innovation commercialization, project management, packaging development, research and development, design, marketing, and operations. Nancy has worked for Central Garden & Pet as a Program Director for Supply Chain Simplification and as a Director of Innovation Commercialization. Prior to that, they had significant experience at Mars, where they held positions such as Global Demand Project Management Office Director, Sr. Packaging Development Manager for Gum & Mints, and Sr. Manager R&D PMO. Nancy also worked at Wrigley, where they served as Sr. Manager Global R&D PMO, Sr. Manager Global Design to Value, Manager of Value & Profitability Optimization, Associate Marketing Manager, Associate Business Operations Manager, and Marketing Coordinator.

Nancy Bein completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Spanish at Xavier University from 1999 to 2003. Nancy then pursued a Master's of Product Design and Development at Northwestern University from 2018 to 2020.
