Christian Nelson

Christian Nelson is a seasoned program manager and communications specialist with extensive experience in community engagement and case management. Currently serving as Program Manager for Communications and Community Engagement at Central Health since August 2021, Christian previously held roles at Family Eldercare, including Program & Communications Specialist and Money Management Case Manager. Notable achievements include managing the Summer Fan Drive and implementing digital accessibility initiatives across multiple platforms. Christian's earlier experience spans positions at Caritas of Austin, Front Steps, Inc., and American Habilitation Services Inc., where expertise in intensive case management and program development was demonstrated. Christian holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
