Juan Garza

Juan Garza has an extensive work history in various leadership roles. juan started their career in 1988 as a City Manager for the City of Corpus Christi. From there, they served as the Interim CEO of Driscoll Children's Hospital in 1999. In 2002, Garza became the General Manager of Austin Energy, a role they held until 2008 when they became the General Manager and Chief Executive Officer of Pedernales Electric Cooperative. juan then moved on to NRG Energy in 2010 as the President of Advanced Technologies until 2012. In the same year, Garza joined Central Health as the Vice President of Finance and Development, and they also took on the role of Vice President of Finance and Development for Central Health Connection. Since 2018, Garza has been self-employed and the owner of Juan Garza & Associates, LLC.

Juan Garza attended Loyola University Chicago from 1968 to 1972, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics. juan then went on to pursue further education at the same university from 1973 to 1977, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Financial Administration.
