Veronica Strachan

Veronica Strachan is an accomplished organizational development manager with extensive experience in leadership and community health initiatives. Currently leading talent and succession programs at Central Highlands Rural Health, Veronica also co-founded Australian Book Lovers, promoting Australian literature globally. As the founder and managing director of True Dialogue, Veronica focuses on developing leaders and teams in healthcare. Co-founding Women Who Care further exemplifies Veronica's commitment to empowering women in health and community services through education and networking. Previous roles include director positions at Benetas and The True Bliss Company, strategic project manager at Kyneton District Health, and various leadership roles at accuteque, including Chief Executive Officer. Veronica holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Management from RMIT University and a Bachelor in Health Science from Victoria University.
