Alisha Bedggood

Alisha Bedggood currently holds the position of General Manager People, Culture & Safety at Central Highlands Water. Prior to this, Alisha has held various leadership roles in health, safety, and wellbeing in organizations such as the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, Ballarat Health Services, and Ford Motor Company. Alisha has extensive experience in developing safety culture, leading teams, and implementing health promotion initiatives. Alisha holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Occupational Hazard Management and a Certificate IV in Health (nursing).
