Lise Eagan Bales is the Manager of Communications and Engagement at Central Highlands Water. Previously, Lise worked as Media & Communications at Horsham Rural City Council. Lise holds a Master of Science in Public Relations from The University of Southern Mississippi and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Dalhousie University.
