Amy Hall, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 20 years of experience in human resources and marketing. Amy has held various roles, including Director of Human Resources at Central Indiana Orthopedics, Human Resources Director at Delaware County, and Human Resources Specialist at Ontario Systems. In their roles, they developed HR policies and procedures, managed compensation and benefit programs, and oversaw recruitment and candidate selection. Amy also has experience in marketing, serving as a Supervisor in Marketing Communications and an Internet/Multimedia Specialist. Amy has a proven track record in managing teams, planning events, and developing multimedia marketing materials. Amy is skilled in personnel management, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with HR practices and regulations.
