Ben Sawyer, MBA, PT, OCS, LBB

Ben Sawyer, MBA, PT, OCS, LBB has a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry. Ben began their career in 2002 as the Executive Director of Performance & Process Improvement for St. Mary's Health Care System. In this role, they were responsible for directing performance improvement efforts, orienting and training leaders and staff on PI approaches, and organizing an effective way for staff to initiate PI action. In 2005, they joined Care Logistics as the Executive Vice President of Client Services, where they were responsible for Transformation engagements across multiple hospitals and health systems. In 2016, they were appointed President & CEO of SOAR Vision Group, LLC, where they were responsible for day-to-day operations including planning, organizing, recruitment, retention, business development, and consulting. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Vice President of Transformation Engineering and Vice President of Market Development for ABOUT.

Ben Sawyer has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Health Care Administration from Western Governors University. Ben also has a Professional Degree Program in Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University. Ben Sawyer has also completed undergraduate studies at Arizona State University and has a Product Management Certification (Foundations, Focus, & Build) from the Pragmatic Marketing Institute.
