Darrin Wiest has worked in the healthcare industry since 2003. Darrin started as a Billing Support Coordinator at Healthland, where they were a subject matter expert regarding 837 and 835 electronic transactions. Darrin was later promoted to Client Care Analyst II in recognition of their industry knowledge and ability to ensure over 400 facilities met the government regulatory timelines for submitting claims electronically. In 2011, they moved to Evident Health as Director of Client Care, where they hired, coached, and mentored team members, collaborated with development and services, and developed, improved, and implemented support processes. Most recently, in 2021, they joined ABOUT as Client Support and Implementation Manager and Support Manager.
Darrin Wiest holds an Associate's degree in System, Networking, and LAN/WAN Management/Manager from Aakers Business College. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Developing Executive Presence from LinkedIn in December 2018.
