Tammy Bugger

Tammy Bugger has been working in the healthcare industry since 2010. Tammy began their career as a Nurse Manager of Hospitalist Service at Alton Memorial Hospital in 2010. In 2015, they moved to BJCMG where they held the role of Regional Practice Administrator Hospital Medicine, overseeing operations for Hospital Medicine at 7 BJC hospitals in Illinois and Missouri, with responsibility for practice operations, physician employment, adherence to policy and procedures, strategic planning, marketing, and financial performance. In 2021, they started their current role as a Clinical Operations Consultant at ABOUT.

Tammy Bugger completed their Master of Science in Nursing Management & Leadership from Western Governors University in 2019. Tammy also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Barnes Jewish College Goldfarb School of Nursing.
