Ann Skinner

Ann Skinner, PhD, is an accomplished educator and project management professional with extensive experience in both academia and industry. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Central Michigan University since July 2019 and at Macomb Community College since March 2018, Ann also held the position of Principal Project Manager at Comerica Bank from November 2022 to November 2023. Prior experience includes roles such as Sr IT Project Manager at Emergent Holdings and Infrastructure Portfolio Manager at Beaumont Health, where significant contributions included developing enterprise management processes and leading project management initiatives. Ann holds a PhD in Business & Technology Management specializing in Project Management from Capella University and multiple degrees in Public Administration from Central Michigan University.
