Cristina Melissa Nava Ostiguin has a diverse work experience. Cristina Melissa began their career in 2003 as a Telemarketing Representative at Teleperformance, where they worked until 2007. Cristina Melissa then transitioned to Universidad Interamericana para el Desarrollo, where they served as the Public Relations and Marketing Coordinator from July 2007 to January 2009. Following this, they worked at INJUV (Instituto Nacional de la Juventud) as the Communication and Public Relations Coordinator from October 2008 to December 2009. Most recently, they have been working at Central National Division in an Administration and Logistics role since December 2009.

Cristina Melissa Nava Ostiguin pursued their education at the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon from 2000 to 2006. During this time, they earned a degree in Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Comunicacion with a specialization in Publicidad.
