Mike Frattallone

Frattallone's Hardware & Garden. Mike has been in the retail hardware industry nearly his entire life--moving to full time in 1997 to help with his family's business, Frattallone's Ace Hardware. As time progressed, Mike has held responsibility for many facets of the 22-location Frattallone's chain, including human resources, marketing, finance, and operations. Mike has a deep passion for marrying business and philanthropy to help both those in need and to build a strong corporate culture. In 2014, Mike was named the "Corporate Person of the Year" for Children's Miracle Network. Mike joined CNRG in 2021 when Frattallone's was acquired by CNRG, and serves as Senior Vice President of Frattallone's Hardware and Garden.
