Frank Ridzi

Frank Ridzi has a diverse work experience in the non-profit sector and academia. Frank started their career at the Central New York Community Foundation in 2008 as a Program Officer and later became the Director of Research and Community Initiatives in April 2012. In July 2016, they were promoted to Vice President of Community Investment. Prior to their work at the foundation, Frank worked as a Faculty member in the Department of Sociology at Le Moyne College starting in August 2003.

Frank Ridzi completed their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Le Moyne College from 1994 to 1998. Frank then pursued further education at Syracuse University - Maxwell School, where they obtained a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree from 1999 to 2001. Continuing their academic journey, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Sociology from Syracuse University - Maxwell School from 1998 to 2003.
