Christin Gordon Mba

Christin Gordon has a diverse work experience in healthcare and domestic violence advocacy. Christin currently serves as the Director of Clinical Operations at Central Ohio Primary Care since February 2020. Prior to this, they worked at OhioHealth from 2010 to 2020, starting as a Critical Care Fellow and progressing to roles such as Administrative Nurse Manager and Clinical Nurse Manager. During their time at OhioHealth, they led various initiatives and achieved accomplishments like leading staff through stroke re-certification, unit splits, and implementing evidence-based staffing ratios. From 2013 to 2016, they also worked as a Clinical Consultant at NeurOptics. Furthermore, from 2003 to 2008, they served as an Advocate and House Manager Supervisor at CHOICES Eliminating Domestic Violence, where they supervised a team of House Managers and conducted recruitment and training.

Christin Gordon holds a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Capital University, which they completed from 2016 to 2019. In addition, they obtained a Master's in Nursing (MSN) from the same institution between 2016 and 2018. Before their advanced degrees, they received a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Nursing from Capital University from 2008 to 2010. Their undergraduate studies began in 2001, and they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Criminology, Sociology, and Psychology at The Ohio State University in 2005.
