John Meno

John Meno is an accomplished labor relations professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Director of Labor Relations at the Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) since June 2019, John has previously held similar roles at SUPERVALU and Unified Grocers, demonstrating a strong background in labor relations management that spans over two decades. John holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management from ITT Technical Institute, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, and an Associate’s Degree in General Studies from East Los Angeles College.
