Luis A. Gonzalez

Luis Gonzalez is a Partner of NMS and is involved in all aspects of origination, execution, managing and exiting the firm’s investments. He has more than 15 years of lower middle market private equity and M&A experience and has successfully completed numerous buyout and growth equity investments.

Prior to joining NMS, Mr. Gonzalez was a Managing Director of MBF Healthcare Partners, L.P. He was responsible for leading the execution of all aspects of the investment process, including transaction sourcing, structuring and execution of post-closing growth and operational strategies of MBF investments. He served on the boards of several MBF portfolio companies.

Prior to joining MBF, Mr. Gonzalez worked in the Investment Banking group of Raymond James & Associates, Inc., where he was active in mergers and acquisitions, and public equity and debt offerings. He began his career at Deloitte, where he was responsible for a range of audit and advisory services for public and private clients, including Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Gonzalez serves as a Board member of NMS portfolio companies CBH, Omni Eye Services, CORDENTAL and U.S. Urology Partners.

Mr. Gonzalez earned his B.S. in Accounting, magna cum laude, and Master of Accounting degree from the University of Florida.
