Tara Poston

Tara Poston has a diverse work experience spanning from 1995 to 2023. Their most recent role was as the Director of Administrative Services at Central Ohio Urology Group, where they started in January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at OhioHealth from 2019 to 2023 as a System Director. Their responsibilities included successfully directing 10-20 employed provider practices and analyzing the growth and financial viability of all sites. Before that, they held various positions at OhioHealth, including Patient Access Director, Section Manager, Project Application Regulatory Specialist, Customer Service Coordinator, Site Manager, Office Supervisor, and Administrative Assistant.

Tara Poston obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Franklin University in 2015. Prior to that, they earned their Associate's Degree in Business Management from Columbus State Community College in 2010. Additionally, they completed their studies in Medical Office Technologies at Eastland-Fairfield Career and Technical Schools in 1994.
