Jaclyn Heineman Ms, Otr/L

Jaclyn Heineman, MS, OTR/L, is an experienced Occupational Therapist currently working at CPRS Physical Therapy and Wright Choice Therapy since November 2020. Prior experience includes a Level II Fieldwork position at Special People in Northeast, Inc. in 2019, where Jaclyn managed a caseload of 32 children with ASD and CP, participated in IEP meetings, and conducted standardized assessments. A prior Level II Fieldwork at Good Shepherd Penn Partners involved working with individuals with CVA, TBI, and neurodegenerative diseases, while earlier Level I Fieldwork positions at MossRehab and Main Line Health Fitness & Wellness Center focused on TBI intervention and visual assessments, respectively. Jaclyn obtained a degree in Occupational Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in 2020.
