Kim Nishigaya

Kim Nishigaya has extensive experience in talent acquisition, HR solutions, and customer experience program management. Kim currently holds the position of VP, Talent Acquisition Manager at Central Pacific Bank, where they started in October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as AVP, HR Solutions Manager at the same company from June 2022 to October 2022.

Previously, Kim served as a Talent Acquisition Manager at The Queen's Medical Center from April 2020 to June 2022. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Central Pacific Bank, including Customer Experience Program Manager from May 2015 to April 2020 and HR Consultant from August 2012 to April 2020.

Kim Nishigaya holds a Master's degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
