Legal Counsel Vice President at Central Pacific Bank

Weiwei Weiwei has a diverse range of work experience, starting with an internship at Gemalto in 2008. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Business Development Member at Nusantara Development Initiative, where they were involved in sustainable projects empowering women in rural villages in Indonesia. In 2012, they also started working as an Associate Consultant at Frost & Sullivan, providing consulting services for Asia Pacific governments.

In 2014, Weiwei Weiwei interned at Studio Ubertazzi, gaining legal experience. The following year, they took on the role of Program Coordinator at Salzburg Global Seminar, where they led the Salzburg Cutler Law Fellows Program and organized a conference on international law and public service.

Starting in 2016, Weiwei Weiwei worked as an Associate at Freitas Angell & Weinberg LLP, focusing on antitrust counseling and commercial litigation for technology and investment companies in the Bay Area. Simultaneously, they served as a Legal Intern at Hausfeld for a brief period. Their legal experience continued as an Attorney at Torkildson, Katz, Hetherington, Harris & Knorek, Attorneys at Law from 2018 to 2021.

Most recently, Weiwei Weiwei joined Central Pacific Bank in 2022 as a Legal Counsel Vice President.

Weiwei Weiwei attended the National University of Singapore from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Following that, from 2008 to 2011, they attended Waseda University and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts. Most recently, from 2013 to 2016, they attended Georgetown University Law Center, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree.
