Angela Nichols

Angela Nichols currently serves as an Imaging Scheduler and Imaging Receptionist at Central Peninsula Hospital since May 2021. Prior to that, Angela held various roles at Sterling Savings Bank from March 2003 to April 2012, including Branch Manager, where responsibility included managing a busy branch with 10-12k transactions per month, coaching a team of 10 employees, and improving customer service metrics. Angela also worked as a Performance Management Consultant, focusing on performance improvement within the organization, and as an Assistant Manager, ensuring branch operations ran smoothly. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Applied Psychology from Oregon Institute of Technology and an accounting certificate along with an Associate's degree in General Studies from Klamath Community College.
