Jay is a retired Dentist who has practiced in their community for the last 23 years. He received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at Southern Oregon State College and his D.D.S. degree from Georgetown University. He practiced his first 10 years in the Annapolis, Maryland area before moving to Soldotna in 1997.
He has been an active volunteer in local city government commissions such as Soldotna Parks and Recreation, the Airport design as well as the Cemetery Design. Jay has also been involved with other non-profit organizations such as Frontier Community Service where he served on the Board of Directors for 10 years.
