Ellen Min

Ellen Min is a seasoned educator and leader with extensive experience in promoting equity and inclusion in educational settings. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Equity Officer at Central Pennsylvania Food Bank since February 2024, Ellen also holds a position as adjunct faculty at Elizabethtown College, designing and teaching courses focused on equity and diversity in business. Previous roles include Manager of Organizational Effectiveness and Belonging at REACH CYBER CHARTER SCHOOL and Associate Director of Student Equity and Success at Global Online Academy. Ellen has a strong background in school leadership, having been the Head of School at St. Stephen's Episcopal School, and has a solid foundation in teaching English at various educational institutions. Ellen holds a Bachelor of Arts in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Dickinson College, as well as a Master's in Humanities Studies and a certification in Educational Leadership from Capital College, Pennsylvania State University.
