Brittany Peper

Brittany Peper, MPA, MASM, currently serves as the Director of Student and Employee Communications at Central Piedmont Community College since April 2024. Previously, Brittany has held various leadership roles at Wingate University from August 2016 to December 2023, including Director of Annual Giving and Advancement Communications, where responsibilities encompassed managing a comprehensive communication calendar for external audiences and overseeing a major giving campaign. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Director of Alumni and Parent Relations, coordinating alumni and family events, and as Donor Relations Coordinator at UNC Charlotte, where Brittany provided support to senior leadership in donor relations. Additionally, Brittany excelled as Walker Coach and Training Walk Coordinator for the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer, overseeing the engagement of over 1,400 fundraisers. Brittany holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from Guilford College, a Master of Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a Master’s degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Wingate University.
