Melissa White

Melissa White is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Central Piedmont Community College, overseeing the development of a comprehensive full-cycle recruitment strategy across six campuses since September 2025. Prior to this role, Melissa served as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition for the City and County of Denver, leading innovation in recruitment technology and fostering a culture of effective communication from October 2019 to September 2025. Melissa's extensive experience includes positions as Recruiting Manager and Supervisor, where Melissa designed full lifecycle recruiting strategies and managed high-volume hiring processes, notably achieving record hires during the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to Melissa's tenure in the public sector, experience was gained at Spherion and Randstad Sourceright, focusing on recruiting innovation and relationship management. Melissa's educational background includes a BA in Sport Management from Western Carolina University and a certification in Massage Therapy from Forsyth Technical Community College.
