Nathan Godsey

Nathan Godsey is an accomplished professional with diverse expertise in industrial robotics and welding education. Currently serving as an Industrial Robotics SME Instructional Designer at Wisewire since May 2025 and a Welding Instructor at Central Piedmont Community College since December 2022, Nathan has built a solid foundation in manufacturing and technical instruction. Previous experience includes roles as a Welding Robot Operator at Komatsu Forest North America and Quality Assurance Inspector at Altec, complemented by early work as an Installation Technician at Peak Fall Protection, Inc. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, a Master of Technology in Manufacturing Engineering from East Carolina University, and is pursuing a Doctor of Education in Educational/Instructional Technology at the American College of Education.
