Joshua O'Neal

Joshua O'Neal, M.Ed., is an experienced welding instructor currently serving at Hemet Unified School District and Barstow Community College since 2022 and 2019, respectively. O'Neal has held various roles in career and technical education as a welding instructor at Riverside County Office of Education and Barstow High School. Prior to education, a substantial career in heavy mobile diesel maintenance began with positions at Rio Tinto and U.S. Logistics. Joshua O'Neal's educational background includes a Doctor of Education in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from National University, a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, and multiple degrees and certificates related to psychology and welding technology, demonstrating a strong commitment to both vocational and academic excellence.
