Shane Rogers

Shane Rogers, CSRM, CCEP, has extensive experience in risk management and operations within various organizations. Currently serving as the Enterprise Risk Analyst at Central Piedmont Community College since October 2010, Shane has managed a significant ERM budget while mentoring new staff and ensuring operational continuity. Previous roles include Equipment Coordinator at the same institution, where Shane developed policies for asset control, and Asset Protection Specialist at Best Buy, focusing on fraud prevention. Prior positions at Carolina Premium Beverage, Flextronics, and ASMO North Carolina Inc. involved inventory analysis, global coordination of components, and engineering project management. Shane holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management from Catawba College and multiple associate degrees and certificates in related fields from Central Piedmont Community College and Mitchell Community College.
