Mimi K Yen has over 25 years of work experience in the IT industry. Mimi began their career in 1994 at Bank of America as a Project/QA Lead, where they gathered business requirements and wrote functional requirements documents. In 1997, they moved to Matson Navigation as an Information Center Analyst, providing first and second level onsite/offsite desktop support for a 300-user multi-platform ethernet community. In 2000, they became a Technical Recruiter at TAC Worldwide. Mimi then joined NTS in 2004 as a Technical Recruiter (Consultant). In 2008, they moved to Strategic Staffing Solutions (formerly NTS) as a Sr. Technical Recruiter.
