Nadia Begum

Nadia Begum is an accomplished professional with extensive experience across various roles in both public service and private sectors. Currently serving as a Manager at CPF Board since January 2022, Nadia oversees the Workfare Portal, workfare.gov. Previously, as an Assistant Manager at Land Transport Authority from July 2021 to January 2022, responsibilities included enhancing productivity in service delivery and managing case feedback processes. Nadia also has a notable tenure as a Youth Guidance Officer at the Ministry of Social and Family Development from April 2018 to April 2021, where guidance and life skills were imparted to youths. Additionally, roles as a Finance Executive at Horizon Moon Pte Ltd and various customer service and coaching positions have contributed to a diverse skill set. Nadia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
