Nicodemus Ler

Nicodemus Ler is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in human resources and account management. Currently serving as HR PMO Manager in the CPO Office at Central Retail since March 2023, Nicodemus has previously held significant roles including Account Director at LinkedIn managing key accounts in Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, and Laos, and Development Partner at Enterprise Singapore, where the focus was on helping Singaporean companies enter the Thai and Laotian markets. Nicodemus began a career in international business as an analyst at PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited and gained valuable experience in marketing and trade validation through projects at the NUS Museum and Credit Suisse. Academically, Nicodemus holds a Master of Arts in Thai Studies from Chulalongkorn University, a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, and a Diploma in Business from Temasek Polytechnic.
