Panarat Leelasupasri

Panarat Leelasupasri has extensive work experience in the field of compensation and benefits. Panarat currently serves as the Head of Reward Strategy at Central Retail since April 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior Manager of Compensation and Benefits/Operations at BCPG Public Company Limited from January 2021 to April 2022. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Senior Compensation and Benefit Manager at Siam Piwat. Before that, they held the position of Compensation and Benefits Senior Manager at UTAC from 2016 to 2018 and Compensation and Benefits Manager at Boonrawd Trading Co.,Ltd. from April 2016 to October 2016. Panarat has also worked at Bangkok Airways in various roles, including Manager of Compensation and Benefit, Supervisor of Human Resource Management, and Chief of Training for Ground Operations, from 2007 to 2016. Panarat's career started at Bangkok Airways in 2002 as an Assistant Station Manager and Station Trainee.

Panarat Leelasupasri completed their Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) in Interior Architecture from King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang in 1999. Panarat went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Chulalongkorn University from 2007 to 2009.
