Saraphong Tuwapalangkul

Saraphong Tuwapalangkul has over 20 years of work experience in the field of human resources. Saraphong is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at ASSETWISE PLC, where they focus on building organizational capability and establishing a leadership brand. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Human Resources for Branding and Sport at Central Retail. Saraphong has also worked as an HR Director at Unilever, leading the Supply Chain and R&D HR Business partner team and shaping global projects and initiatives. Saraphong has experience as the Director of People at Yum! Brands and as an Associate Director at Yum! Restaurants International. Saraphong also held multiple senior HR manager roles at Tesco Lotus, where they worked as a business partner and led various people-related initiatives. Early in their career, Saraphong worked as an HR Supervisor at MINEBEA Group of companies.

Saraphong Tuwapalangkul earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from NIDA Thailand from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Administration from Chiang Mai University from 1994 to 1997. They also completed a Certificate Program in Labor and Industrial Relations from Chulalongkorn University. Saraphong has additional certifications in Professional Coaching, Human Resources and Labor Relations, Professional Safety Officer, and Advance Personnel Management Program.
