Well (Panipak) Kovithvathanaphong has a diverse work experience across multiple companies. Well (Panipak) is currently the Head of Strategy and New Business at Central Retail since September 2020. Prior to that, they worked at True Corporation as an Associate Director in HR strategy and total rewards until August 2020. Well (Panipak) also held the positions of Deputy Director in HR Strategic Management and Analytics, and worked in Corporate Planning at True Corporation. Well started their career as a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group from 2012 to 2014. Before that, they pursued an MBA from Harvard Business School from 2010 to 2012, and worked as a Summer Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group in 2011. Well (Panipak) began their professional journey as a Management Trainee at Unilever from 2006 to 2008, and later worked in Consumer & Market Insight at Unilever from 2008 to 2010.
