Brad Thibault

Brad Thibault is an experienced leader in asset management and operations within the water resource sector. Currently serving as the Director of Asset Management at Central States Water Resources since August 2022, Brad implements and integrates asset management programs across the organization. Prior roles include Senior Technical Director of Municipal Operations at Veolia North America, where technical support was provided to municipal and industrial operations, and Central Business Unit Director of Asset Management at Veolia Water, focusing on asset management program implementation. An extensive background in management is evident through positions held at Environmental Management Corporation, Veolia Water, Southwest Water Company, CH2M HILL OMI, and as a Navigator in the US Navy. Brad holds an AAS in Water Environmental Technology from Kirkwood Community College and an A.A.S. in Water Environmental Science from Southern Arkansas University Tech.
