Monica Farner has a wealth of experience in the field of marketing and product development. Monica began their career in 1995 as the Director of Research and Development at Health First Management and Consulting Firm, followed by a Strategic Planning Coordinator role in the same company. In 1998, they joined UST Technology Group as a Program Manager, where they designed business marketing strategies and negotiated business relationships for major technology clients. In 1999, they took on the role of Product Development Specialist at Southern LINC, researching and identifying wireless products and services to increase company revenues, reduce churn and increase customer satisfaction. In 2000, they became the Product Marketing Manager at Passport Health Communications, where they developed and managed cross functional teams to create product roadmaps, form financial and operational templates, produce product requirements and develop project plans. From 2002 to 2013, they worked at Education Networks of America (ENA) as the Director of Marketing and then the Vice President of Client Services. In these roles, they led the creation, management and implementation of marketing initiatives that supported ENA's overall strategic direction, product offerings, customer loyalty and retention, market penetration and profitability objectives. Monica also served as an executive level customer escalation contact, ensuring that client needs were met or exceeded. In 2013, they joined Central Technologies, Inc. as the Vice President of Client Services, where they led the creation, management and deployment of strategic, solution-centered marketing plans for Central Technology Solution's client base.

Monica Farner has an extensive education history. Monica obtained their BS in Health Care Administration from East Tennessee State University from 1993 to 1996. Monica then went on to earn their MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1996 to 1999. After that, they completed an Executive Leadership Mini MBA from Belmont University - Jack C. Massey College of Business from 2004 to 2005. Finally, they completed the Executive Development Institute, Business Excellence Program from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management from 2012 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained two certifications in 2014 - Extreme Networks Design Professional and Extreme Networks Sales Professional.
