Roy Eaton serves as the Vice President of Operations at Central Texas Iron Works since January 1986, overseeing the manufacturing of structural steel for oil and gas refinery construction, LNG plants, and petrochemical facilities. Prior to this role, Roy managed welding operations for Halliburton/Brown & Root's offshore platform fabrication facility in Houston from December 1978 to December 1985, ensuring compliance with various industry codes. Experience also includes supervising the welding installation for process piping on U.S. Navy destroyers at Ingalls Shipbuilding and working as a fabrication welder/fitter at General Dynamics. Roy holds multiple degrees from San Jacinto College in welding technology and related fields, as well as a diploma in industrial welding fabrication from Texas Vocational Technical College.
