Andres Sotomayor Paredes

Andres Sotomayor Paredes is a professional with extensive experience in public health, currently serving as a Consultor de sanidad at the Pan American Health Organization since April 2024, focusing on maternal-infant and adolescent health projects in the Andean region. As the Gerente general at Conssalud Consultores since September 2021, Andres leads a health consultancy dedicated to improving health service management. Academic contributions include part-time teaching roles at Universidad Central del Ecuador and previously at Universidad Tecnológica Equinoccial, alongside various project leadership positions, such as directing initiatives with UNICEF and HIVOS. Andres has also provided technical consultancy for the World Health Organization and the Pan American Health Organization, enhancing health systems in Ecuador.
