D. Heath Clark

Program Manager Asset Management at Central Utah Water Conservancy District

D. Heath Clark currently serves as the Director of the Asset Management Program at the Central Utah Water Conservancy District since March 2020, where responsibilities include developing the program and managing over ten core applications for data collection and analytics. Previously, D. Heath Clark worked as a Project Manager for Asset Management at CUWCD from June 1998 to March 2015, focusing on the creation and maintenance of a District-wide Geographic Information System and Asset Management System, while also managing a $68 million water conservation project grant program and a $13 million tax rebate program. Prior experience includes a role in Business Development and GIS at Vecterra/Fastmap from June 1990 to October 1997, contributing to the development of software for legal description input to assist county tax assessors and title companies. D. Heath Clark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Brigham Young University, earned in May 1997.
