Chad Carlson is the Senior Vice President of Talent at Central Valley Ag. Chad is a native of Marquette, NE growing up on a diversified family farm near Aurora, NE.
He received his bachelor's in Mechanized Systems Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1998. He was also a distinguished member of the UNL Track and Field Team as a pole vaulter.
After graduating from UNL, Chad began his career with Koch Industries serving as a Production and Distribution Logistics Manager. He then helped the company integrate Purina Mills and then eventually Land O'Lakes in Blackfoot, ID, Lubbock, TX and Turlock, CA. In 2004, Chad accepted a role with the Aurora Cooperative holding many different roles in that organization. In 2019, he joined Central Valley Ag.
Chad serves on various civic and church boards/task groups. He is a fellow Nebraska LEAD alumni. Chad and his wife Yvonne have four children: Kyla, Caden, Jenna, and Ryan.
