Rachel Finglass

Rachel Finglass is the President and Chief Operating Officer of TalentQuest, Inc., a global talent management company. Rachel has been with TalentQuest for 7 months, and in that time they have overseen the company's operations and talent management initiatives.

Prior to joining TalentQuest, Rachel was the Vice President of Human Resources at a major corporation. In that role, they were responsible for the company's global talent management strategy. Rachel has also held leadership positions at several other companies, including a consulting firm and a software company.

Rachel is a highly experienced and respected human resources professional. Rachel is a strong advocate for talent management and has a proven track record of success in their field. Rachel is passionate about helping companies find and develop the best talent.

Rachel Finglass has a MBA from Georgia State University with an emphasis in Human Resources. Rachel also has a degree in Psychology from Vassar College. Rachel studied at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem for a year as well.
