Jordyn Raye

Jordyn Raye, OTR/L, is an experienced occupational therapist currently employed at The University of Vermont Health Network - Central Vermont Medical Center since January 2023. Prior to this role, Jordyn completed graduate studies at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, earning a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy/Therapist in May 2022. Practical experience includes level II fieldwork at UVM Medical Center Chapel and Kids' RehabGYM, where Jordyn managed caseloads, conducted assessments, and developed interventions that led to significant patient progress. Additional fieldwork experience includes level I placements at Green Mountain OT and Copley Hospital, focusing on school-based intervention and collaborative care in hospital settings. Prior to entering the field of occupational therapy, Jordyn gained valuable skills in childcare as an infant assistant teacher, camp counselor, and program director. Academic background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Movement Science and Sports Medicine from Westfield State University, completed in May 2019.
