Maya Carlet

Maya Carlet, DNP, APRN, FNP, L.Ac, currently serves as the Medical Director of Specialty Medical Services at Partners In Integrative Healing and State Street TMS, a position held since September 2023. Maya Carlet has been a Nurse Practitioner at The University of Vermont Health Network - Central Vermont Medical Center since September 2018. Prior to these roles, Maya Carlet worked as an Acupuncturist, Chinese Herbal Medicine, and Massage Therapist at The Center for Integrative Practices from October 2011 to October 2023, and owned and operated Centered Medicine during the same period. Maya Carlet holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from the University of Vermont College of Nursing and Health Sciences, a Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (MAcOM) from the Academy of Oriental Medicine at Austin, and has also completed a degree in Massage Therapy from Everest College. Additionally, Maya Carlet earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Vermont.
