Rosana Alam has a wealth of experience in the financial industry. Rosana began their career in 1997 as an Administrative Assistant at Skylight Financial. In 2003, they moved to Debitran/FirstView Financial Network as Finance/ACH Manager, where they monitored, reconciled, and tracked all ACH transactions from inception to settlement and subsequent reversals and adjustments. In 2006, they joined Fiserv as a Senior Financial Analyst, where they developed short and long-range planning/forecasting metrics models to support achieving overall business objectives, deliver financial intelligence and facilitate understanding of financial performance. In 2010, they established their own company, Rosana Alam, as Director of Treasury, where they created and reviewed weekly and monthly reports for accuracy, and ensured that all new accounts, closed accounts, and maintenance items were properly accounted for in system as per contract agreements. In 2018, they joined Priority Payment Systems as a Settlement Analyst, and in 2020, they became the HR/Payroll Manager at CentralBOS.
