Diane Bass has over 27 years of experience in human resources and customer service, primarily at MetTel since January 2009. Diane has held various roles including HR/Payroll Manager, Executive Recruiter, and Manager of Client Retention, along with experience as a Customer Service Specialist. Prior to MetTel, Diane worked at Verizon from July 1996 to November 2008 as a Sales Team Leader for residential services, managing a team of 26 union representatives. Diane earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource from Baruch College between 1990 and 1995.
