Laura Roa Castro

Laura Roa Castro is a Manager at P-Val Conseil since January 2020, where expertise lies in business transformation through a unique methodology encompassing operational mindset, emotional quotient, customer experience, and artificial intelligence. Concurrently, Laura has been involved in teaching project management and industrial engineering fundamentals at CentraleSupelec since 2014, supervising various student projects. Laura's PhD thesis, titled "Management of organisational complexity in MBSE design projects," focuses on enhancing collaboration in organizations. Prior roles include Design Training Manager and Project Manager at IRT SystemX, where Laura coordinated scientific activities and contributed to digital engineering projects. Additional experience as a Junior Business Process Consultant at iwco and as a Junior Project Manager at EMS further developed Laura's skills in project and supply chain management. Laura holds a PhD in Organisations Modelling and Design from CentraleSupélec and engineering degrees from INSA Lyon and Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
